1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Revival Body Soul website and services. By booking a service, attending an event, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Revival Body Soul is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on services.

Group events have a maximum capacity of 7 participants. Once an event is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available. If a spot becomes available, you'll be notified by email and will have 24 hours to claim it before it passes to the next person on the waitlist.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both clients and the practitioner:

• 48+ hours before: Full refund
• 24 – 48 hours before: 50% refund or credit toward a future session
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

4. Health & Wellbeing

Our services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking bodywork or energy sessions. You are responsible for informing the practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session.

5. Group Events & Circles

Group events are held in a safe, sacred space. By attending, you agree to respect the privacy and comfort of all participants. What is shared in circle stays in circle. Photography or recording during events is not permitted without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, blog posts, and other content — is the property of Revival Body Soul and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revival Body Soul provides services in good faith and with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
