We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both clients and the practitioner, while respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session.
Full refund. Cancel with 48 or more hours' notice and receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
50% refund or credit. You may choose a 50% refund to your original payment method, or receive full credit toward a future session.
No refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, as the session time has been reserved exclusively for you.
The same cancellation tiers apply to group events and circles. If you cancel with sufficient notice, your spot will be released and the next person on the waitlist will be notified.
To cancel a booking, please email kat@revivalbodysoul.com.au with your booking details. Cancellation time is calculated from when the email is received.
In the rare event that the practitioner needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you.
