“Hi, I'm Kat — a fun-loving, soul-aligned woman who has traversed all seasons of womanhood, with a passion for helping other women return home to themselves — body, mind, and soul.”

I bring four decades of work experience, five decades of life experience, four grown children, and my fair share of ups and downs to this work. Each job and qualification I've attained has led me to the next pathway of helping others. With a foundation in Nursing, Pilates & Rehab Teaching, and Remedial Bodywork, my practice is deeply rooted in the body — bridging the physical and the energetic, where science meets soul.

My life's mission, shaped by my Virgo Stellium, is one of service and nurturing others in health and wellbeing. My Capricorn Rising keeps me grounded and practical; my Scorpio Moon lets me connect on deep intuitive levels. Together, they're why I hold the kind of spaces I do — grounded, nurturing rooms where women can soften, be witnessed, and reconnect with themselves.

I've always been obsessed with the Moon and the Stars. In my early 20s I bought my first Tarot deck and read for friends and family, and my love of all things mystical, alchemical, and energetic has only deepened since. Life has divinely guided me to study and weave together many modalities — Astrology, Womb Healing, Intuitive Energy Work, Ancestral Healing, Reiki, Meditation, Sound Therapy, and Channelled Guidance — to support transformation on every level.

I believe in As Above, So Below. As an Evolutionary Astrologer I work with the Soul's Blueprint — illuminating your gifts, past lives, current lessons, and the deeper path your soul is calling you toward. Through Moon Circles, Sound Healing, Peri-Menopause Retreats, and Intuitive Healing Journeys, I support you to release what you've been holding, remember who you are, and reclaim your whole, beautiful self.

I've been described as an Alchemical Healer, but in my humble reality I simply walk beside women, hold non-judgemental space, and offer intuitive guidance so they can become their own healer, in their own power. Crossing the threshold into Menopause has seen my intuitive gifts deepen, and with my four adult children now out of the nest, I know it is time to follow my true calling with the gifts I used to hide for so long.
