The sky is talking to us loudly right now. We may feel nudges of things or emotions that were once buried start to find their way to our conscious minds.

Why ? This month, Two of our most personal planets Venus and Mercury are retrograding together in the deepest water sign of the Zodiac, Scorpio. This is no ordinary retrograde, nor is it fluffy and light. Scorpio energy is deep, what lies hidden beneath the surface, what our minds push away as it may be too uncomfy to see.

Scorpio at its highest energy is Truth, Transformation, Shadow healing work, Sexual Intimacy. It is resilient and patient, intensely private, guarding their feelings.

Scorpios shadow energy is Deception, Power dynamics, Control, Betrayal, Abuse, Deception. Lack of emotional and self awareness to look within.

Venus - bright and beautiful in our Western skies just after sunset is our Planet of Love, Self Worth, Relationships, Money, Fertility and what we create into this world ( not always children) Values and how we create stability for ourselves. Our occupations and how that aligns with our creative values and worth. Our body - the way we relate to our own bodies and how we experience pleasure. So you can see why Venus is one of our personal planets !! She governs most of our every day needs and most importantly - LOVE.

Mercury is how we understand and analyze what life presents to us. It's our thinking mind, our ways we express our words and how we process how we feel and react. Mercury in retrograde takes us to our right side of our brain, to intuit with higher mind thinking rather than logical facts. It's a "known" feeling that is felt so deep within that it doesn't need fact checks. It's a stirring and remembering of our soul and our purpose.

Mercury is next to Venus today just before it turns retrograde in Scorpio right before the dark Moon in Libra nestled next to the Sun also in Libra - the balance of relationships to self and others. What is in harmony, what is in discordance.

So you can see there is a lot to unpack here, but in a nutshell Relationships and what has been hidden, unspoken, unacknowledged, emotions that have been simmering beneath the surface will be in the spotlight. The pot has reached its Boiling point and can no longer simmer. Friendships that are being held onto just for safety or the fear of exclusion. There will be many reveals this Month.

Issues of sexual intimacy and the dynamics that play out in relationships. Power dynamics that are not in the highest form of love. What is fair and are you over giving or staying silent to keep the peace?

Your relationship to Money and your work - is it in balance, is it aligned with your heart values. Does something feel off? Is your mindset in constant scarcity and lack or gratitude? Perhaps there are larger collective feels here to do with the Patriarchy and the systems that control our money or rage at those who start wars that have a flow on affect to all others.

Conversations may erupt or start to escape an inner vault with all that has been suppressed or hidden to save others feelings (so Libran!) and you wonder where has this come from?!

You only have to be on the Socials for a minute and there is such a Feminine Uprising over the Injustices against Women. You may be feeling the collective rage and want to scream ENOUGH, but even these abominations are mirroring something deeper back to us. A deep hurt or betrayal, an ancestral trauma, trauma that is unprocessed.

Scorpio Retrogrades can unearth profound grief and loss. Grief that you thought was done and dusted. Grief can arise in relationships over what is falling or fallen away. Grief over betrayal or old lovers can return. Grief over what we took for granted and can be no more. Grief that we hold in our bodies from our Ancestral DNA that isn't even ours to hold.

So you can see the deepest, most vulnerable parts of us are rising for acknowledgement and healing with gentle self realization and awareness.

Retrogrades will often REveal the very thing we are meant to see, feel, intuit so we can REwrite our story. Big Truths may be revealed.

What is meant to evolve and what is meant to complete. When we lean into the uncomfortable and face the underlying tensions we uprise rather than sweep it all under the carpet for false peace. We will be pushed out of comfort zone with this one and will find it difficult to gloss over any relationship issues, awkward dances around another or 'let it slide' moments.

So we can use our reactive, Mercurian words and sting like a Scorpio when we feel emotions so big we lash out or, we can see our swelling emotions as a clue to a deeper programming running in our subconscious that needs tending to and healing with spaciousness and gentleness. We are meant to turn inward with retrogrades rather than outwards - its like we do an internal audit and clean of what is coming up from our watery depths.

We always have free will to evolve and complete a cycle. This is a cycle that is completing from 2018!
