Emotional Awareness: Inner Wisdom: Clarity.

I have just finished my dawn meditation, yes even on a Sunday and it was one of those sublime moments of mental stillness and clarity. In that quiet presence with myself I saw who I have been, what I am struggling with but don't need to hold on to, who I am becoming, the unknown emerging without force or needing to know. It was such a peaceful clarity it is hard to put into words.

The Energy this week sees us reviewing, reflecting and reevaluating our emotional body and our mental body - Mercury Retrograde in Cancer is our mental body merging with the Emotional waters of the New Moon also in Cancer. Mind and emotions merge. Emotions are the result of an event - we aren't born with emotions. They are formed via our memories to something that made us feel joy or sadness. We then hold these emotional memories in our minds and our bodies. We often as a result of these memories just have to think about something that may be coming up and our bodies are already feeling that state of emotion before the actual event.

Heal, clear and wash away any stored patterns of emotions, stored stories.

Gain inner clarity and a deeper understanding around yourself.

Rewriting the narrative or story

Remembering who we are, our gifts and who we are meant to be

Retracing our steps through familiar territory as there is something that we haven't "seen" or acknowledged yet but now there is a new understanding.

This New Moon supports new beginnings with a deeper emotional trust and understanding of something you have been sitting with or going through since last December.

There may be light bulb moments especially around 13th July during the Mercury and Sun Cazimi - where Mercury sits in the heart of the Sun.

Of clarity of what has shaped you,

Of hidden grief and memories, ancestral healing and what isn't yours to carry,

Epiphanies or turning points

Realizations can arrive of greater emotional understanding

The Moon is our feeling body - letting your bodies aches and pains guide you to what you're holding onto emotionally.

New Moons are always reset points, setting new intentions and intuitive manifestation. This one is an emotional reset, which lets face it, emotions are uncomfy. So many of us haven't been taught to be with our emotions or that they are a sign of weakness or that we are too much. Well this week is your full permission to BE TOO MUCH and go there and feel the feels. Internally seeking softness and stillness to hear the answers. It's when we ignore our emotional bodies needs that our body shows us via fatigue, burnout, restlessness, physical aches and pains.

Venus our planet of Love, Self Worth, Relationships and stability is now in Virgo right on the release point of the South Node - she is there to help us purge what is not healthy for us, what is needing to be cleared out of relationships, tidied up in our finances, breaking old habits and forming healthy ones, not pretending or avoidance of self worth, values and love.

This is uncomfy but its taking responsibility for your needs and who/what you are becoming. Its very easy for us to accommodate to keep the peace, over give to where we are depleted and to stay trapped with what we know versus the unknown.

Once again feel into the body where you are feeling discomfort- there are many messages there for you.

The Back is support and feeling safe

The Shoulders are carrying others or burdens

The knees are inability to let go and flow without rigidity

Jupiter is also now in Leo - this is heart aligned expansion to your truth. What makes your heart feel light, what makes your heart feel heavy. There are so many insights available to us with this weeks energy.

This is shifting into our sovereignty, adopting our own belief systems, aligning with our own truths not those who have conditioned us or gone before us or those who have shaped us. It really does embody the Fire energy of clearing, burning away and new starts.

This week is a Remembrance of who we truly are.

Create some tenderness, softness and stillness for yourselves.

Journal, be in nature and birdsong

Allow space for you inner wisdom
