Aquarius ♒️ Full Moon - infinite possibilities…

Happy Full Moon 🌕 in Aquarius ♒️

Lunar Moon was so big and full in the sky last night, beaming brightly, and illuminating light into the dark skies.

Full moons as always occur once a month and are times of release, culmination and forgiveness. The next clue as to the messages of the Full Moon is what sign the moon is in. When there is a full moon, it is always opposite the sun. The sun, our conscious awareness, being in fire sign Leo, illuminates the constellation opposite to it with the Moon in Aquarius. Aquarius energy is fixed air, how we think and represents the nervous system, the electrics in our body mind and heart. Leo Energy is heart aligned, self expression, creative, playful, joyful and courageously follows her aligned heart.

Aquarius is the unusual, unique, advanced thinking and dares to be its weirdest self and stand apart from the crowd.

It’s about humanity and communities coming together as a collective connected into advanced energies of the cosmic and earth. It reminds me of electric currents, plugging us into the cosmos from our heart space connecting us all via magnetic circuits.

When Aquarius and Leo are opposite we are being pulled into the balance of heart versus mind energies. Both these signs are fixed energies so can at their best, really anchor into something and stay the course or at their worst, hang on too long to their own detriment.

Leo is ruled by the Sun, and has Jupiter right next to it - this in itself is a huge moment of expansive heart energy of who and what you put your energy into.

Ask yourself,

Does it make you feel light and in flow or heavy and drained ?

Jupiter is the expander of energy. What your thoughts/feelings/reality around your heart energy are is now being magnified.

The light of the Full Moon in Aquarius is Futuristic, innovative and inventive and asking us to dare to step into the path of our truth and authentic selves. We may get some big triggers with this Energy as Pluto the planet of Transformation, Death ( change) and endings is also next to the Moon pulling the "murky buried stuff" up into the light!! Yeowch!!

So we have Jupiter expanding our conscious heart energy and Pluto nudging us emotionally of what is past its use by date. This could be jobs, relationships, belief systems, emotional baggage or habits. In Aquarius its often friendships, groups, alliances and networks that you're not vibing with anymore.

The Moon is intuitive energy, it will be the soft, subtle feeling within us that we try to push away. Finding stillness through Sound, Meditation or just being in stillness will guide you.

There is a lot of incredible energy available at the moment and what we set our mind energy to will start to form our realities. The setting of your intentions and what you have been aligning with for the past year will now start to form in the present.

As I said in my last blog, listen to what ailments, pain, discomfort your body is giving you. Often we ignore those first few signs but it truly is the Alarm system in our whole etheric body going off. Pain in the body comes from the emotional and mental bodies of what we are storing, holding or refusing to release. Instead of looking within we outsource and either ignore or try to externally remedy - this then becomes a reality that we anchor into our timelines.

What if under this Full Moon we are able to look within and feel what lights us up instead of carrying the same stories without ever changing the narrative?

This Energy feels like a choice point for us all - are we following our heart truths and make a change or do we keep doing the same ol same ol and stay stuck in cycles?

And here is my truth and inner freakshow... I have been "shown" visions in meditations, dream states that I can't even explain as we have never seen images of it before therefore we don't comprehend or understand it.

I have been repeatedly getting the same messages around Sound Healing being the portal to access these higher states and Energy Healing in expanding peoples states of being that they are infinitely connected and capable of any manifestation. We have just been led to believe this is woo woo and not real. Yet in fact it is the total opposite - we all have capacity to be generating high frequency, manifestation energies.

Our Imagination is the key - allowing space for our imagination to manifest. Allowing the spaces of nothingness or day dreaming instead of reaching for the phone to fill the void.

Changing your feeds/algorithm to what you want your life to look like instead of the hype, doom and gloom.

Be around people that uplift you intstead of balling and chaining you!

I myself have made changes.

In the last year I have had two really significant injuries. The first one I rehabbed and went back to business and life as usual. I wasn't listening within, so my body manifested another injury that has been incredibly challenging in the form of accepting help, reducing my work schedule and not being able to continue with my own movement.

I really stopped and listened to this injury and yes I did ignore it at first and tried to push through, but it kept getting louder and louder until I had no choice.

My subtle changes have seen me giving up my Group Training at 6am which I loved, to a 6am Dawn Meditation that totally sets my day and mindset into beautiful Yin energy instead of harsh lights and loud music.

My nervous system is loving this new routine. I also have made the very hard decision to take 3 months leave of teaching Pilates classes - yes I am slightly terrified at all the practical worrying stuff but I know on a Higher Intuitive level that this is the path I must take to allow what is emerging in me. That is through Sound Healing, Energy Healing and Astrology !!
